About the Recipe

Ingredients
1 pound Ground Beef
4-5 Celery sticks
1/2 Green Bell Pepper
1 Onion
1 can Red Kidney Beans
1 can Pinto Beans
2 cups Beef / Broth / Water
2 teaspoons Tomato Paste
1/2 can Tomato Sauce
1/3 can Diced Tomato
For the seasonings:
1/2 teaspoon Chili Powder
1/2 teaspoon Cumin
2 teaspoons Salt
1 teaspoon sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Cut the green bell pepper, celery, and onion into small cubes, approximately 1 cm in width and height.
Step 2
Add the ground beef to the instant pot. what heat level?? Stir until the ground beef turns color.
Step 3
Add the vegetables to the pot. Stir and mix well.
Step 4
Add all the seasonings and the beans. Mix well.
Step 5
Add the water/broth to the pot. Cover the pot and cook on High Pressure Cook for 7 minutes.
Step 6
Serve and enjoy! If desired, have this chili with oyster crackers or tortilla/nacho chips.
