Ingredients
1 bunch kale
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon flaked sea salt
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat an oven to 300 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2
Remove the kale leaves from the stem.
Step 3
Wash and thoroughly dry the kale leaves with a salad spinner. Place the dried kale leaves in a large bowl. (Note: if your kale leaves are larger in size, feel free to cut or split a single leaf into multiple pieces.)
Step 4
Drizzle the kale leaves with olive oil and toss to combine.
Step 5
Spread the kale leaves out in an even layer on the baking sheet. Avoid overlapping. Sprinkle the leaves with the sea salt and place in the oven.
Step 6
Bake until the edges start to brown but are not burnt, around 20 to 30 minutes.
Step 7
Take the kale chips out of the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Enjoy!
