Ingredients
For the salad:
1 Avocado
1 Mango
About 10 Cherry Tomatoes
1 Jalapeno (optional)
6 Almonds, sliced (optional)
For the dressing:
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
1 teaspoon Brown Sugar
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
1 teaspoon Chili Flakes
Salt
Black Pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Cut the avocado and mango into small cubes. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. If using, cut the jalapenos into tiny cubes.
Step 2
Place the cut up ingredients into a bowl. If using, add the almond slices. Mix all the ingredients well.
Step 3
Serve and enjoy!
