Ingredients
Tilapia fillets
1 Tomato
1 Mango
1 Avocado
Fruit Chili
Preparation
Step 1
Oven temperature?
Wash the tilapia fillets and wipe the water dry with a paper towel.
Step 2
Place the tilapia fillets on a baking pan lined with parchment paper. Brush a thin layer of oil on the top. Place the baking pan in the oven and bake for 15-30 minutes.
Step 3
Cut the mango, tomato, and avocado into small cubes. Place in small bowls.
Step 4
Serve the tilapia fillets and add the mango, tomato, and avocado cubes on top of the fillet. Add fruit chili as desired. Enjoy!
