Ingredients

  • Rolled Oats

  • Chia Seeds (Optional)

  • Flax Seeds (Optional)

  • Milk (any milk substitute)

*Amounts are up to personal preference*

Preparation

Step 1

Pour the rolled oats into a glassware container. Fill the container up to about 1/3 of the container's depth or based on personal preference.

Step 2

If desired, add 1-2 tablespoons of chia seeds and flax seeds. Amount can be adjusted for personal preference.

Step 3

Pour milk into the container until it covers the oats and seeds. Be careful not to overflow the container.

Step 4

Carefully mix the ingredients so the oats and seeds are combined.

Step 5

Place the container of oatmeal in the refrigerator overnight.

Step 6

The next morning, enjoy your overnight oats with any desirable toppings: sliced fruit, nuts, raisins, cranberries, peanut or other nut butters, or cocoa powder.
