Cabbage, Carrot, and Apple Salad

Cabbage, carrots, and apples are a classic trio for salads, but this dish is anything but ordinary. The sweetness of the fruit, the crunch of the vegetables, and the zing of the dressing all come together to create a salad that is both healthy and delicious. Ingredients:

  • 200-300 grams or 1/2 pound of Cabbage

  • 1 Carrot (stick)

  • 1 Apple

  • 1-2 Spring Onions

  • 1/2 Lemon

  • Salt

  • Olive Oil


Steps:


Step 1


Shred cabbage. Add salt and the lemon juice from the 1/2 lemon and mix well.


Step 2


Shred carrot and slice apples into thin slices.


Step 3


Cut the spring onion into small pieces.


Step 4


Mix all the ingredients and add olive oil. Mix well.

Serve and enjoy!
