Papaya Milk

Smoothies are a great way to get your daily fruit servings. However this is not quite just a smoothie - This is a traditional Taiwanese street food found in night markets all over Taiwan. In addition to getting a hefty dose of nutrients, you'll also catch a glimpse into the world of Taiwanese culture! I hope you enjoy this small taste of Taiwan.

Ingredients:

  • 1 papaya

  • Milk (any type)

  • Ice


Steps:


Step 1


Add all ingredients to a blender.


Step 2


Blend until smooth. (If it is too thick, add milk; if it is too watery, add more ice.)


Step 3


Pour into glasses and enjoy!
