Mango Avocado Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 Avocado

  • 1 Mango

  • 10 Cherry Tomatoes

  • 1 Jalapeno (optional)

  • 6 Almonds or handful of almond slices (optional)

  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice

  • 1 teaspoon Brown Sugar

  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil

  • 1 teaspoon Chili Flakes

  • Salt

  • Black Pepper


Steps:


Step 1


Cut avocado and mango into small cubes. Cut cherry tomatoes in half.


Step 2


Cut the jalapeno, if using, into tiny cubes. Cut the almonds, if using wholes, into thin slices.


Step 3


Mix all ingredients well.


Step 4


Combine the lemon juice, brown sugar, olive oil, and chili flakes into a small bowl. Drizzle over the mixed ingredients.


Step 5


Add salt and pepper to the salad as necessary. Serve and enjoy!
