Ingredients:
1 pound Ground Beef
1/2 Green Pepper
4-5 sticks Celery
1 Onion
1 can Red Kidney Beans
1 can Pinto Beans
2 cups Beef Broth or Water
Seasoning:
1/2 teaspoon Chili Powder
1/2 teaspoons Cumin Powder
1 teaspoon Sugar
2 teaspoons Salt
2 teaspoons Tomato Paste
1/2 can Tomato Sauce
1/3 can Diced Tomatoes
Steps:
Step 1
Cut the green pepper, celery, and onion into 1 cm cubes.
Step 2
Preheat the instant pot using the "chili" function.
Step 3
Add the ground beef to the pot and stir until the color of the meat turns gray.
Step 4
Add the vegetables. Stir and mix well.
Step 5
Add all seasoning and beans. Mix and well.
Step 6
Add the beef broth or water. Cover the pot. Cook for 7 minutes at high pressure cook.
Step 7
Once pressure is released naturally, serve and enjoy!
