Ingredients:
4 Tilapia Fillets
1 Mango
1 Avocado
1 Tomato
Fruit Chili
Olive Oil
Steps:
Step 1
Clean tilapia fillets under running water, and wipe with a paper towel.
Step 2
Place fillets on a baking pan. Brush a thin layer of olive oil over the fillets. Bake 15-30 minutes until fully cooked.
Step 3
Remove fillets to a plate.
Step 4
Cut the mango, avocado, and tomatoes into small cubes, and add on top of the fillet according to personal preference.
Step 5
Serve and enjoy!
